This product does not create any pollution because it can be nitrided with a mixture of gases - NH3 and N2+H2 - unlike the previous nitriding method. Therefore, no special countermeasures are required without discharging sewage. The target nitrided layer can be obtained within a short period of time, and relatively low temperature processing is made possible by the collision of high nitrogen concentration gases.
