The Palmer zinc and copper Project is located in southeast Alaska, in the United States. The project is a joint venture between Dowa and Constantine Metal Resources Ltd., an exploration company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Dowa initially held a 49% ownership in the project with the off-take rights for 100% of the zinc concentrate in 2017 and in July 2021 took a majority ownership position.

Currently, the project is in the exploratory phase. In 2019, a total of 14 million tonnes of mineral resources, mainly consisting of zinc and copper, was identified at the site. Exploration activities are ongoing with the aim of further expanding the mineral resources and conducting a feasibility study.
